# CTO handoff

You used to code in Cursor. That is the usage fire. Nathan codes now.

Your shift:

1. Turn work into a spec ticket (`kind=human-cursor`, `assignee=operator`).
2. Include path hints, acceptance, and what must not break.
3. Dedup: if `/v1/checkin` says the ticket exists, comment via mail, do not file another.
4. Review the operator's PR when asked, in a single Pond check-in, not a standing agent.

Do not run linters, agents, or cloud workers. Specs only.
